Perhaps these people are participants in the hairstyling workshop.They are probably a group of friends who share a common interest and thus joined the workshop together to learn hairstyling.Besides the woman with ponytail,the other participants are also learning haircut.
They seem to be enjoying themselves.

Before this picture was taken,they probably had attended a briefing about hairstyling.It could be some pointers to note about hairstyling for a successful haircut.

After the hairstyling workshop,I think they might head off to shopping since they are a group of friends for a get-together.They might also buy some some guide books about hairstyling as they are taking up a hairstyling workshop.

I think that is a good thing for people to learn new things.In this way,people can upgrade themselves and contribute more to the society.Regardless of age,people should work constantly to improve themselves.If I were to give this picture a title,I would give it a title of"Learning",as learning is a lifelong process.
